Cooking Time: 20 Minutes

What you need: 8 Trimmed lamb chops; salt (fancy or otherwise); freshly ground pepper; 1 clove of garlic; 1tbsp finely chopped rosemary leaves; 1 tbsp thyme leaves; grated zest of 1 lemon; 4 tbsp of olive oil

1. Season the chops with salt and a pinch of pepper
2. For the marinade, peel and finely chop the garlic and put it into a bowl. Add the herbs, lemon zest and oil, and mix it all together
3. Coat the chops with half the marinade (set aside the rest) and marinate for at least 15 minutes
4. Cook the chops directly on the barbecue for about 10 minutes at 180C (350F), turning them over several times. Take them off the barbecue and coat them with the rest of the marinade
